Jennifer is available for consultations. She has many years of NHS experience working in the local hospitals in the secondary care environment. Spoken languages: English
The Advanced Nurse Practitioner can be seen by appointment only.
Their services include; first aid to minor injuries, blood pressure checks, routine injections, travel injections, dressing wounds, removal of sutures, ear syringing, cervical smears, general health advice, and health checks for patients with chronic diseases.

Sonya Rayet
Sonya is available for consultations on Mondays and Thursdays. She is very competent and experienced Clinician and has worked in NHS for many years in hospital, primary care and also in out of hours. She speaks English, Hindi and Punjabi.

Practice Nurse

Charmaine is our practice nurse who is very competent and experienced at her job and works on Thursdays. She mainly does child immunization and smears.
Health Care Assistant
Anitha Biju (Female)
Antiha is available for consultations on Monday, Tuesday and Friday afternoons and Thursday morning. Areas of work include new patient health checks, wound dressings, BP review, Asthma review, diet and lifestyle advice, smear tests (jointly with Dr Tillu) Languages Spoken: Hindi and basic Punjabi.
Social Prescriber
Gurbaksh
Gurbaksh is available on Tuesday afternoons and speaks various languages including English, Hindi, Punjabi and is available by appointments. She supports patients who are high risk clinically, elderly, socially isolated, social, financial, or housing problems and signposts them to various services as appropriate
Health and Wellbeing Coach
Dawn Hutton
Dawn is very experienced and enthusiastic health coach who is available on Wednesday mornings at the surgery. She helps and supports patients who are struggling to lose weight and also those with chronic conditions such as Diabetes etc.
Practice Staff
The practice is managed by Mrs Harjit Gill (Practice Manager) who is responsible for the day-to-day running of the practice.
The reception staff has a wide range of duties including arranging appointments, answering telephone calls, dealing with repeat prescriptions, data entry, answering copious and varied questions and offering help and assistance. We hope you find our receptionists pleasant and helpful. Please feel free to ask for help or advice if you are unsure about what services you may require
The Health Visiting Service
Our Health Visiting service is delivered by specialist skill mix teams who promote the health and wellbeing of families with children under the age of 5. The service seeks to promote healthy lifestyles by addressing physical, psychological and mental well-being.

The District Nurse
The District Nurse visits patients of all ages in their homes. They assess needs, give information, provide counselling and carry out appropriate nursing care. You will usually be referred to the District Nurse by the hospital or the surgery.
The Midwife
The Midwife is available at the surgery every Thursday morning from 9.30am to 12.30pm by appointment.
Maternity Support Worker
The Maternity Support Worker is available on Thursday morning at the surgery who can advise and support the pregnant women regarding various health and social issues.
