Disabled Access

Our aim is to enable all our patients to use the services at our sites as easily as possible.

Our surgery is accessible to patients using a wheelchair. Please tell the receptionist if you are likely to have any difficulty when making your appointment so we can accommodate. We also have parking spaces outside our practice which are reserved for patients with an appointment. We have a disabled bay for use by patients displaying a disabled badge.

For patients with hearing problems, we have a special hearing loop. Please notify our reception staff should you wish to use this facility.

  • All clinical services in our building are offered on the ground floor with easy access to rooms.
  • We have disabled toilet facilities.
  • We have an on-site lift to provide access to the first floor if needed.
  • We have a Portable Loop Facility in the surgery to assist patients with hearing aids.

Please ask at Reception if you wish to use this piece of equipment either at the reception desk itself or when you see a doctor or nurse in their consulting room.

Personal mobility scooter are not permitted in the building for health and safety reasons
